Processed concrete dosing system

In this project was realized the automation of a processed concrete plant, with the objective to be operated by a only worker from a control cabinet.

The installed system allow to choose and modify the recipe to be fabricated as also manage each of the devices that are part of the plant.

On the other hand, after  succesfully loading up of a truck, a bill is generated automatically where is shown a detail of the client, the recipe that was used and how many raw material was consumed to develop that recipe.

The system installed achieved a reduction in the loading times and increased the supervision over the raw material.

It was developed with a PLC Allen Bradley CompactLogix and a panel Panelview+.
